While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that there are certain circumstances where products may need to be returned to us. If you would like to return an item please contact us and we can arrange a refund/replacement.
For goods that have been damaged in transit we may need to file a complaint with Royal Mail before issuing a refund. If you believe the received goods to be faulty please let us know within 7 days and we can arrange a replacement for you.
You may return unwanted items within 7 days of receiving them (in accordance with the Distance Selling Act) for a refund excluding shipping fees, providing that all items are complete and undamaged. Please note: for credit/debit card orders returned after the cool off period, we reserve the right to levy a small 3% restocking fee to cover the card transaction fees associated with the original sale.
